UK import charges and delivery still need confirmation
Import-charge statements conflict. Brand-level correspondence supplied to this site on 18 September 2026 says product prices include import charges, and the product page says taxes are included. The published shipping policy instead assigns international duties, VAT and brokerage fees to the recipient. Confirm whether any charge is payable on arrival before placing a UK order.
The policy gives a 4–13-day Express Zone estimate. The email quotes 2–4 days for standard prescription lenses and 5–10 days for special prescriptions, without establishing whether these are production, dispatch or arrival times, or business days. Your prescription delivery date remains unconfirmed.
Dymesty lists a one-year limited warranty. Its return policy excludes custom prescription orders from ordinary returns and separately describes how to report defective or incorrect goods (policy checked 18 September 2026). Confirm the terms for your exact order.

Shown in pounds with that £230 frame on 7 October 2026, the lens options were single vision from £53, progressive from £130 and readers £23. A final GBP checkout total is not verified. Import-charge statements conflict: the manufacturer email says included, while the public shipping policy and FAQ assign international duties, VAT and brokerage to the recipient.
