  RayNeo's Air 3s product page (US and UK, read on 7 October 2026) says its official optical partner, Lensology, provides prescription lenses for myopia 0 to -10.00D and astigmatism 0 to -2.00D, and advises against use beyond those figures. RayNeo's prescription lens service page (https://www.rayneo.com/pages/service-air3s-prescription-lenses-purchase) and its UK copy (https://uk.rayneo.com/pages/service-air3s-prescription-lenses-purchase) give the same range. Plus (long-sight) prescriptions are not listed, so any eye with a sphere above 0 is outside this route. Lensology aims to process stock lenses within 1–2 working days and to make non-stock lenses within 5 working days; postage is extra.
